Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 1/4 cup hot boiling water
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
Instructions
  1. Make cake

    1. To make cake we’ll need sugar, 
    2. So we’ll add sugar in a grinder jar and grind it to make powder.
    3. Now add (1) cup flour (130g)in a bowl
    4. Then add half a cup of cocoa powder (50g)
    5. Then add (1)cup powdered sugar (125g)
    6. Then (1)tbsp milk powder 
    7. Now add (1)tbsp baking powder 
    8. Add (¼) tbsp baking soda
    9. Add (¼) tbsp pink salt and mix it.
    10. Add only one egg to a cake
    11. Add (½) cup (112g) cooking oil,
    12. Then add (½)cup milk (123g)simple boiled mix with the help of a whisk.
    13. Now add (1) tsp vanilla essence and mix it.
    14. At last add (¼)cup (60g) hot water.

    Baked cake

    Now bake at 180c for 30-35 minutes 35 minutes, now the cake is baked

    To check if it is baked simply stick a skewer in the middle, if it slides out easily with no batter sticking to it then this is your baked cake.

    Make cake frosting

    1. For the just chop some compound chocolate roughly 
    2. Add chocolate to a bowl
    3. Add (½) cup fresh cream in a pan
    4. Heat the cream at a low flame 
    5. Then add warm cream to the chocolate and mix it lightly.
    6. The cake is room temp now, take it out from the pan.

    Add chocolate frosting 

    1. Add chocolate frosting on top and spread the delicious frosting 
    2. And the cake is ready for eating.
