How to make sponge of cake

  1. Now we'll make cakes sponge so, for that add 4 eggs in a bowl with ½ cup of sugar in it, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. of Vanilla essence.

    Now we'll beat it well with the help of a beater until all the sugar in it gets dissolved.

    So here I've beaten the eggs well and just like any foam, we have to beat in this much.

    Now with that we'll add ¼ cup of oil in it and mix it well after adding oil.

    Now we'll add one cup of Flour in it but the Flour has to be sifted in it, so add flour in a strainer and don't add the flour at once. We have to add it in three parts so, first add a little and mix it with hand whisk and we have to add whole flour and mix it well.

    Now we'll add it in baking dish, you can any use any baking pan here,

    Just grease Pan well and apply butter paper on it.

    So Now We'll bake the cake at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

How to make caramel sauce

  1. First of all we'll add ½ cup of sugar in a pan with that we'll add 2 tbsp. water in it and let sugar melt at low flame, let it become caramel.

    So, as you can see sugar has melted here and its color is light brown, we'll wait until it's dark brown in color and as soon as caramel gets a bit dark brown, we'll put 3 tbsps. of butter in it. Mix butter well in it and with that we'll add ¼ cup of fresh cream in it and mix it well. As soon as it's mixed, so much delicious caramel sauce will be ready we'll take it out in a pot.

How to make for milk syrup

  1. Now we'll prepare milk syrup so, for that we'll add 1 & ½ cup of milk in a pot,

    ½ cup of condensed milk and we'll add ¼ cup of whipping cream in it. Mix it well.

    We'll add milk syrup to the cake.

How to make whipped cream

  1. Now we'll prepare whipped cream so, for that we'll add ½ cup of whipping cream in a bowl very cold & chilled.

    Beat it well until we have stiff peaks.

    Now directly add whipped cream on top of the cake and spread it well.

    Now we'll add caramel sauce on top of the cake that we've made in the start.

    After adding a layer of caramel cream on top of it. Take any cream, fresh cream or whipping cream and make a design on top of it. Like this.

Serving

  1. We have to serve it after chilling it well. Cut into pieces like this.
