  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1.2 cup whipping cream

Instructions

    1. First, we’ll make a cake sponge and add (4)eggs to a bowl.
    2. Add (½)cup sugar for in ti.
    3. (¼)tsp for pineapple essence.a pinch of salt.
    4. Now we’ll beat all of it. eggs got fluffy and foamy.
    5. Now we add (¼)cup of cooking oil. and mix it well again.
    6. Now we add (1) cup flour to it. and mix it well.
    7. The cake batter is fully ready
  2. Baking
    1. Now we’ll grease a 6-7-inch round baking pan with oil.
    2. Cut and apply butter paper of the size of the pan.
    3. Add cake batter to it.
    4. Now we bake it at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
    5. To make pineapple cake it’s best to use fresh pineapple. we used cane pineapple.
    6. We’ll cut 2 pineapple peach slices, which we’ll use to garnish the cake.
    7. Chop the rest of the pineapple finely and we’ll use it in layers of cake.
  3. Make sugar syrup for cake
    1. Add the (½)cup of water in a pot.
    2. 2 tsp sugar.
    3. Add (2) drops of pineapple essence, and mix it well.
    4. We’ll add (1) and (½) cups of whipping cream to a bowl. The whipping cream should be shilled.
    5. And beat it we’ll
    6. Now the sponges are baked and cooled and down.
    7. Take the pan out of the pan.
  4. Preparing the Pineapple Cake Layers
    1. Now we’ll remove the butter from the cake.
    2. Cut the cake into 3 layers.
    3. Now we’ll take the first layer of cake and soak it in sugar syrup we’ll 
    4. After soaking it well we’ll add cream on it.
    5. Add chopped pineapple to top it.
    6. After that, repeat the steps very easily: cake layer, soaking, cream, and fruit. Then, put the final layer and apply cream on top of it. 
    7. Now we’ll apply cream properly on the sides. spread it well.
    8. Now we’ll make a design with a scraper.
    9. We’ll make flowers on top of it.
    10. We’ll decorate the cake with pineapple and cherries.
    11. And delicious and fresh pineapple cake is ready.
